Techo Vipassana Meditation

Is an insight meditation based on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipatthana) emphasizing on perseverance in burning impurities.  It is one of Vipassana meditation techniques striking directly to the essence of “Atapi Sampajano Satima” which means “Keep preserving and burning impurities”.  They key principle is to ignite internal fire element to burn impurities in the mind.  It is not Techo Kasina where external fire is a mediation object.  But Techo Vipassana is to be mindful of body, feelings, mind and Dhamma.  With this technique, the internal fire in the body is ignited to burn impurities in the mind, causing the mind to be purified rapidly.
